Sue Ellen Lovejoy started Lovejoy Associates in 2003, pulling from her firsthand experience working in both financial services and as a college professor, as well as her many years of public speaking. Her vision was to provide well-structured educational services intended to enhance employees’ understanding of their company retirement plans, with a focus on providing both the knowledge and tools to allow them to create a pathway to a financially secure future.

Lovejoy Retirement and Wellness was established in 2024 by Michael Brody, a longtime student of the industry, to honor and continue the legacy of Lovejoy Associates and its founder.
